Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Accounts Receivable team as an Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist. This role reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to customers as needed.
- Processing internal integration files from business partners.
- Tracking fleet card activity and coordinating with fuel partners for purchases.
- Posting customer payments within the ERP system and investigating any unallocated balances.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field is an asset.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- A positive attitude and customer service focus.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; committed to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
