Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and provide a positive experience.
  • Handle incoming phone calls efficiently and direct them to relevant departments.
  • Manage office calendars and coordinate appointments.

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:
