Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all guest requests are met.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place, and that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
