Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Howard Johnson Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all guest requests are met.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place, and that staff members are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately complete tasks and maintain records.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
