The Role

">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing outside sales team as a Facility Sales Specialist (FSS). As an FSS, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and advancing our company's goals. You will be responsible for selling our facility services, including restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions, to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Sell facility services to new and existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.">
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.">
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.">
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.">
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.">
  7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.">
  • High school diploma.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.">
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).">
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) - Salesforce preferred.">
