Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and that the bar is running efficiently.

Event Planning

Plan and organize events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties, to ensure that they are executed flawlessly and that our customers are satisfied.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our bar and increase sales.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
