About the Role

The People Business Partner is a key member of the Svante team, responsible for providing strategic support to business groups and driving business results through people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and advise managers using data and logic to drive business results
  • Support a great employee experience and work with the People and Culture team to develop and implement people programs
  • Build effective partnerships with leaders and be considered the 'go-to' People Partner for their business group

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong project management skills
  • Experience working in clean technology or manufacturing industry (bonus)

What Success Looks Like

  • Directly impact the Engagement, Retention, Performance, and Career of employees and leaders within their business group(s)
  • Successfully combine subject matter expertise, logic, and data to advise and coach business leaders on people solutions
