About the Role
The People Business Partner is a key member of the Svante team, responsible for providing strategic support to business leaders and driving business results through people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and advise managers using data and logic to drive business outcomes
- Support a great employee experience and develop programs to enhance organizational culture
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to drive business results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong project management skills
- Experience working in clean technology or manufacturing industry (bonus)
