The Strategic Business Growth Manager is responsible for managing relationships with clients, developing sales pipelines and identifying opportunities to cross-sell commercial banking products and services. They will work closely with internal partners to ensure effective relationship management and provide integrated financial solutions to clients.
This position requires strong sales and closing skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate views within the bank and externally. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous work experience or completion of Scotiabank's Training Program.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Candidates must apply directly online to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
