This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Strategic People Partner. As a key member of the organization, you will work closely with business leaders to drive business results while focusing on people. Your expertise will support a great employee experience, fostering engagement, retention, performance, and career growth within your assigned business group(s).

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum - years of experience in Human Resources
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address complex issues
  • Strong project management skills with a collaborative mindset

Bonus qualifications include experience working in the clean technology or manufacturing industry.

Svante is committed to equality and fairness in employment practices. We believe in pay equity and strive to offer competitive compensation packages. The salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 per year, depending on your relative experience and qualifications. Additionally, Svante provides comprehensive benefits, including Restricted Share Units, Extended Health and Dental Plan, Retirement Saving Plan, free access to a Fitness Centre, and more.
