Job Description

CGM LAWYERS is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for attendees.
  • Supervise and support other administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage stock levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient access to information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring high-quality and error-free output.

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
