Job Summary
MESHROAD MARKETING INC. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating events, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our team
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
