You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
