About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nova Atlantic. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and other resources to find solutions.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, making it easier for other technical support analysts to resolve similar issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support team members to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions to technical problems.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
