Position Overview

As a User Support Technician at Nova Atlantic, you will play a crucial role in assisting users with their technical challenges. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing difficulties with their computer systems.
  • Refer to user manuals, technical documents, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide guidance and training to users based on their specific needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for reference by fellow support analysts.
  • Engage in the enhancement of applications and software.
  • Oversee a small team of technical support personnel.
  • Deliver business systems, network, and Internet support to users as required.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
