About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nova Atlantic. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on the effective use of our systems and applications.
  • Log Management: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues.
  • System Administration: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
