Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on the effective use of our systems and applications.
- Log Management: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues.
- System Administration: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Education: College or equivalent education.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
