Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nova Atlantic. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services to users.
  • Install and configure computer equipment, operating systems, and software to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
