Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.

  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to aid in knowledge sharing and process improvement.

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • System Support: Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet connectivity to users.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience.
  • Supervision: 1-2 direct reports.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
