Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nova Atlantic. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to research and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet services to ensure seamless operation.
  • Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
