Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Ontario International Airport. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday and other enterprise systems
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new system features and functionality
  • Lead change control and testing for system upgrades and new implementations
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP systems administration, preferably in an IT enterprise support environment
  • Previous Workday implementation and administration experience required
  • Experience supporting integrations, preferably with iPaaS tools such as Boomi
