Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in data analysis and design, working with subject matter experts and business representatives to understand current data and define mapping requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in data analysis and design, ensuring accurate and efficient data mapping
  • Collaborate with SMEs and business representatives to understand current data and define mapping requirements
  • Document field mapping, migration rules, and testing support
  • Collect and formulate business requirements through interviews and user discussions
  • Document functional requirements, business processes, use-cases, and project artifacts
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to confirm data completeness and correctness
  • Leverage industry profiling tools, such as SAP Information Steward, to create data scorecards and maps
Requirements
  • Prior experience in policy migration and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of data mapping and migration requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
