We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Center Manager to lead our team in Kelowna, BC. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and marketing initiatives to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall customer experience, sales, and local marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Oversee day-to-day Center operations to ensure a consistent quality educational experience for Sylvan customers.
- Coach and develop Center staff to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor and track business metrics, financial statements, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
- Promote financing options to meet customer needs and manage application/closing processes.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, school administrators, and parent/teacher organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum three years of customer service experience and retail sales background.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and other standard business applications, including current social media tools.
- Familiarity with instructional technology and tablet computers preferred.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; outgoing people-oriented approach preferred.
- Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
