Salary

The salary range for this position is $67,861 to $97,550. We establish salaries based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant, and internal equity review of other employees' salaries.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Solutions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our learning development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of our Learning Management System (LMS) to support our training and development needs.

  • Configure and deploy the LMS to meet organizational specifications and learning needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS users and clients, providing expert-level support and resolving complex issues.
  • Administer user access, manage permissions, and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity within the LMS.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure optimal course deployment through the LMS, design and create standards and processes related to LMS content, and develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support ongoing professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of healthcare experience with proven experience in managing and supporting Learning Management Systems or similar applications.
  • Strong technical acumen, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Knowledge and competence with learning development software, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and learning practices within a large complex environment.
