About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve complex issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Document customer interactions and issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English) language skills
  • Over 1 year of call center experience in financial services, benefits, pensions, and the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
