Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service to Canadian Banking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
