Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Office of the Provost. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to various units within the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the AVP Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and other directors as assigned.
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedules while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Develop and maintain electronic documents and filing systems for the management teams.
  • Provide meeting and committee support, including scheduling, agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Coordinate HR administration, including ad hoc hiring committees and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare Concur reconciliation and expense claims.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant in a similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and virtual meeting platforms.
