Administrative Support Specialist

Xpert IT Solutions Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Supervise and train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Arrange travel and related itineraries
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
This role will be based in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have a strong client focus.
