We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ARUBA GROUP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry as required.
  • Provide customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction industry setting.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
