Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Third Power Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Oversee payroll administration and manage office supplies
- Provide customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
