Director of Clinical Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to join our team at BC Cancer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services and ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of clinical services.
- Oversee the management of clinical programs and services, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with current healthcare issues and trends, and apply this knowledge to inform clinical practice and service delivery.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, healthcare administration, or business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior administrative role within a healthcare organization.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
