Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level leadership for Access and Flow Services across the organization.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of service programs.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to optimize access and flow to improve system capacity across the continuum of care.
- Oversee and manage regional Access and Flow office, Patient Transfer and Flow Office (PTFO), Northern Emergency Response Team (NERT), and Northern Connections.
- Stimulate and lead quality improvement and change management using data, information, Evidence Informed Practice guidelines, standards, policy, and research.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve seamless and coordinated services as a member of the NH Clinical Operations Leadership Team.
- Master's degree in a field related to healthcare management.
- At least ten (10) years progressively senior management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Leadership experience in healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to champion and lead complex organizational change across health service programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the incorporation of program/site needs within the broader context of the health delivery system.
- Sound working knowledge of planning concepts related to risk management, relevant legislation, research, change management, quality improvement, clinical services, service contracts, budget management, service development, and computer applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve complex issues towards creative solutions.
