Program Director, Clinical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director, Clinical Services to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address clinical service gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant
- Advanced preparation in the designated clinical specialty area(s), three years recent related experience in a management/leadership position, and four years recent clinical experience in designated clinical specialty area(s); or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in healthcare leadership and management
- Knowledge of healthcare policy and regulatory requirements
