Clinical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of healthcare services in Northern British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical practices, processes, and documentation to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, IT staff, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
- Provide oversight and facilitation of quality improvement initiatives
- Lead the coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives to improve clinical operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinical staff, managers, and directors
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Relevant experience in front-line emergency clinical care and related experience working in clinical operations
- Strong documentation skills and ability to develop detailed clinical or technical documentation
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to work comfortably with spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing software
