Administrative Receptionist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our clinic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and visitors, and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate patient intake, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
  • Collect payments at the time of service and track coverage for all funding streams.
  • Perform data entry and billing tasks, and coordinate courier packages and email, mail, and fax communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset.
