Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Optimum Truck Lines Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
- Plan and organize daily operations, including arranging travel and making reservations
- Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 45 hours per week
- English language
