As a Senior Site Superintendent with over 15 years of experience, you will oversee large-scale mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring compliance with company standards on safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field, relevant bonding, and certifications. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills are essential, along with in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in preparing post-implementation evaluations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to schedule and plan construction activities
  • Providing regular progress reports to the Construction Project Manager
  • Overseeing daily sign-ins and sign-outs via Sitemax
  • Coordinating material requirements with the Project Coordinator on a weekly basis
  • Attending site meetings with trades and engineers
  • Recording minutes for bi-weekly engineer-driven meetings
  • Ensuring the quality of trades' work and installations
  • Addressing and resolving issues with trades as they arise
