We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Petroleum and Petrochemical Services team in the Concord/Richmond, CA area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse range of clients by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions to complex environmental projects.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale groundwater monitoring programs and remediation projects at industrial facilities. This includes:
- Developing and implementing project plans, including scoping, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Managing subcontractors, preparing purchase orders, and approving vendor invoices.
- Leading field teams in the completion of remediation work and overseeing construction projects.
- Maintaining client, company, and regulatory health & safety standards.
You will also be responsible for managing and evaluating data for regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal standards. This includes preparing site restoration, investigation summary, remedy implementation, performance monitoring, permit compliance, and site closure reports.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, or a related field (California professional registration is a plus).
- 12-20 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative to complete project deliverables on schedule and within budget.
