Senior Project Manager/Geologist

Trihydro, a leading environmental and engineering consulting firm, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Engineer/Geologist to join its Petroleum and Petrochemical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, supporting clients from Fortune 100 companies to local communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage large-scale groundwater monitoring programs and remediation projects at industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead small-scale soil gas and indoor air monitoring programs, utilizing technical expertise to optimize program design and execution.
- Collaborate with state agencies to revise and improve monitoring programs, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and staff, allocating resources to meet project demands.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders to execute site investigations and remediation projects.
- Oversee field investigations, including reconnaissance, mapping, and multi-media sampling.
- Maintain client, Trihydro, and regulatory health and safety standards, conducting regular field project audits.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, evaluating data for local, state, and federal standards.
- Prepare site restoration, investigation summary, remedy implementation, performance monitoring, permit compliance, and site closure reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in geology, engineering, or a related field (California professional registration a plus).
- 12-20 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to grasp scientific concepts and apply them to different technical challenges.
