As an Account Manager specializing in equipment financing sales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate culture, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing profitability.
Your primary objective will be to strategically expand our reach and influence within the Ontario Territory by establishing and nurturing dealer relationships, and expertly managing existing dealer and customer partnerships. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, relationship cultivation, and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.

Service ExcellenceStrive to exceed service standards for both Dealers and Customers, ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Understand and apply expertise in our specialized niche, working closely with credit markets and pricing criteria to optimize results.
Autonomous WorkThrive in an independent work environment with minimal supervision, consistently delivering on portfolio and performance expectations. A College or University degree in a related field is preferred, underscoring your commitment to knowledge and excellence.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment financing/leasing or related commission-based sales roles, showcasing a strong track record in sales and relationship building.
- Demonstrated expertise in general sales procedures, including effective presentations, efficient sales cycles, lead generation and follow-up, account management and maintenance, and precise sales communication.
- Proficiency in working with CRM systems, with an ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Results-oriented, high-achieving professional with strong social skills that empower success in a sales-oriented role.
- Superior writing and communication skills, essential for effective client interactions and sales correspondence.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, administrative tasks, and consultative problem-solving, providing comprehensive support to clients.
