Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Ontario Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing dealer relationships, managing existing dealer and customer partnerships, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers in the Ontario Territory
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our reach in the region
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with dealers and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment financing/leasing or related commission-based sales roles
  • Proven track record of sales success and relationship building
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with dealers and customers
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to adapt to new systems and procedures
