We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2748574 Ontario Inc. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Merchandise ManagementThe successful candidate will be responsible for ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Customer ServiceThe Retail Store Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving any issues that may arise and providing excellent customer service.
Reporting and AnalysisThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Team ManagementThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements- Education
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
Work ExperienceThe successful candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Work HoursThe successful candidate will work 40 hours per week.
