Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Manage Inventory and MerchandiseThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory and merchandise, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide Excellent Customer ServiceThe Retail Store Supervisor will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in our store.
Drive Sales GrowthThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and sales strategies.
Requirements- Education
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
Work ExperienceThe successful candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 40 hours per week.
Working ConditionsThe Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The successful candidate will also be required to bend, crouch, and kneel.
