Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our solutions for strategic accounts within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute individualized account engagement plans to drive growth and adoption of our solutions.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to establish strong business relationships and identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account objectives and expectations.
  • Manage renewal activities for contracted customers and prioritize work activities to ensure established targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Utilize product and industry knowledge to help fill customer knowledge gaps and reduce support dependency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Proven success in a competitive or goal-oriented work environment.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift and efficiently solve problems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
