Customer Success Role

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute individualized account engagement plans to drive growth and adoption of Lone Wolf solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish strong business relationships and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Manage renewal activities and prioritize work activities to ensure established targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Utilize product and industry knowledge to fill customer knowledge gaps and reduce support dependency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Proven success in a competitive or goal-oriented work environment.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve efficiently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
