Strategic Customer Success Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our solutions for strategic accounts within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute individualized account engagement plans to drive growth and adoption of our solutions.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to establish strong business relationships and identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account objectives and expectations, escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage renewal activities for contracted customers and prioritize work activities to ensure established targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Utilize product and industry knowledge to help fill customer knowledge gaps and reduce support dependency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or sales role.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
- Proven success in a competitive or goal-oriented work environment.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift and efficiently solve problems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
