The Manager of Academic Programs is responsible for driving excellence in academic programs, student support services, and regulatory compliance at Memorial University.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to the undergraduate office of the Faculty of Nursing
- Manage the administrative, recruitment, admissions, and academic functions of undergraduate programs
- Develop and maintain robust support systems for students, including credit transfer, faculty scholarships, and academic career guidance
- Cultivate strong partnerships and collaborations across campus
Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in university administration
- Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Superior leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
Competitive salary range: $72,832 - $94,409 per annum
