Academic Programs Manager
Memorial University seeks a highly skilled Academic Programs Manager to drive excellence in academic programs, student support services, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and strategic direction to the undergraduate office of the Faculty of Nursing, ensuring alignment with our goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the administrative, recruitment, admissions, and academic functions of undergraduate programs
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the undergraduate program(s) office
- Developing and maintaining robust support systems for students
- Participating in program review and development activities
The ideal candidate will have experience in university administration, a proven track record of success in developing and managing academic programs and partnerships, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in university administration
- Superior leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
