About the Role
The Property Administrator is a customer-focused position responsible for providing exceptional service and support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents with inquiries and service requests.
- Ensure timely response to resident issues and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between residents and management team.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and managing email and phone communications.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including rent collection and damage assessments.
- Process and prepare purchase orders and track expenses.
Operations:
- Receive and schedule service requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures.
- Train and support on-site administrative team members.
Accounting:
- Assist with processing payscan and reviewing change in status forms.
- Process correspondence related to local housing laws and regulations.
