About the Role

The Property Administrator is a customer-focused position responsible for providing exceptional service and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents with inquiries and service requests.
  • Ensure timely response to resident issues and concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and management team.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and managing email and phone communications.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including rent collection and damage assessments.
  • Process and prepare purchase orders and track expenses.

Operations:

  • Receive and schedule service requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Train and support on-site administrative team members.

Accounting:

  • Assist with processing payscan and reviewing change in status forms.
  • Process correspondence related to local housing laws and regulations.
