We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team at Arzu Immigration Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, supervising staff, maintaining filing systems, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or immigration services.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Work Environment:

  • 30 hours per week, permanent position.
  • English language skills required.
