About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and cleaning of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure we stay within our means while maintaining high-quality services.
  • Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting or equipment replacement, to maintain our facilities at the highest level.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WHMIS certification and basic security clearance is essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
